YOUR CONIFER EXTERIOR
Replacing siding on your Conifer home is an opportunity to review more than the surface. We’ll discuss the existing walls, trim, roof-to-wall connections, and areas where moisture has been a recurring concern before defining the work.

Compare horizontal lap siding, vertical board-and-batten looks, and shingle-style accents. We’ll help you consider where each profile fits the shape and scale of your home.
02
Review siding color alongside window trim, corners, fascia, and existing roof materials. Define the finish and trim choices before the installation scope is finalized.
03
Discuss removal, wall preparation, flashing, installation, finishing, and cleanup. A useful estimate explains the proposed work and how unexpected conditions will be handled.
PLANNING YOUR REPLACEMENT
Ask what the estimate includes around windows, doors, corners, and roof intersections. When old siding is removed, the condition underneath can affect the scope; we’ll discuss how additional findings would be reviewed with you.
The siding profile is only one part of the project. Preparation, clearances, fastening, flashing, and transitions all deserve attention. We’ll review the proposed installation scope for your Conifer home alongside the selected product’s published requirements.
When comparing proposals, ask which James Hardie products and trim are included, how the existing wall will be prepared, and what finishing work is covered. Product warranties and workmanship coverage are separate; review the applicable terms with your estimate.
Tell us about fading, repeated paint work, loose panels, or other concerns, and share the changes you have in mind. We’ll review the exterior and help define a replacement plan. If storm damage is involved, we can also help document the condition and coordinate project information for an insurance claim.
